Focus on the hunt—we’ll take care of the rest. From the first photo to final export, Limcroma manages every step of trophy care with a proven, traceable system.

Start to Finish, Managed by Us

• In the field: Your PH leads respectful photos, recovery, and safe handling.

• On-site caping: Species-specific cuts (cape, pedestal, life-size) done by skilled skinners.

• Preservation: Thorough fleshing and heavy, even salting; daily checks until fully dry.

• Clean skulls/horns: Proper horn removal/treatment where applicable; careful cleaning and labeling.

Chain of Custody & Storage

• Tag & log: Each item is labeled to your name, species, and date and recorded in our master log.

• Controlled drying: Ventilated storage, correct temps, and no direct sun—preventing slip and mold.

Paperwork & Export

• Documents prepared: Outfitter affidavits, species lists, area details, and CITES (when required).

• Dip & Pack / Taxidermy: We coordinate with your chosen partner—or recommend trusted specialists.

• Shipping & permits: We manage export applications and handoff to your shipper; you receive status updates.

Communication & Timing

• You’ll get a clear post-hunt summary of items, destinations, and next steps, followed by updates from the shipping agent once permits clear and freight is booked.

What We Need From You (Minimal)

• Your details: Full name, destination address, and preferred taxidermist/exporter (we can suggest options).

• Mount choices: Shoulder, pedestal, euro, or life-size—share any reference photos you like.
