safety & ethics
Safety and ethics guide every safari at Limcroma
We hunt fair-chase under South African laws and permits, with Professional Hunters leading all field decisions. On arrival, we confirm rifle zero or bow tune, review shot placement, and set responsible distance limits. Dangerous-game protocols include a trained backup rifle, clear roles, and stop/cease-fire commands. No alcohol before or during hunting; no shooting from vehicles; and every shot is taken only with a safe backstop.
Wounded-game recovery is prioritized using experienced trackers and dogs where appropriate. We respect wildlife and communities—utilizing meat, minimizing disturbance, and maintaining clean camps—so your safari remains safe, ethical, and worthy of the African bush.
